Which shoe size should I buy?
Our shoes fit true to size and are built for a medium foot width. If you have a wide or narrow foot, sizing may vary. We encourage you to reach out with any questions; we are happy to help!
The below size conversion chart will help you determine your US size based on EU sizing.

Will your boots fit my legs?
Our boots are built to fit a medium calf width and they look great on a variety of leg lengths. We construct our tall boot shafts in a way where they can be worn pulled up or slouched down, making them versatile. To obtain your calf width, you can measure your calf circumference at its largest point (approximately 3 to 4 inches under the knee). A calf circumference of around 14.5 inches or less will work well with our boots. In the future, we will expand our calf width assortment. If you are uncertain about which size to order, or have more specific questions, please feel free to contact us.
My size is not available. Will you offer more size options in the future?
Yes, we will expand our fit assortment to include half sizes in future seasons.
Where do your products ship from?
Our products ship from Brooklyn, NY within two (2) business days of order placement. Pre-orders ship once the merchandise becomes available.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not. Our international customers can purchase our shoes through our retail partner Cult Mia.

Our collections can be purchased on our ecommerce site, as well as through our retail partners: Nordstrom, Cult Mia, Bona Drag, Bosquet, and Orchard Mile. Our list of retailers is growing; you may email us to request a full list of our stockists. Where are your products made?
Our footwear is manufactured exclusively in Portugal and Italy by small ateliers that also work with renowned European luxury brands.
